How To Order
1) Simply email us at: starrydreamy@hotmail.com
2) Please include your name, item/article no. you would like to purchase and preferred postage method. (Pls note that meet-ups can only be on Saturday and time to be confirm).
Payment Policy:
1) We accept only Bank Transfer. (Only in (SGD) Singapore dollars)
2) Payment has to be done within one day of leaving a confirmation comment.
3) Do leave a comment after making payment and we will try to send out the item asap.
Postage Details:
1) Normal postage fee will be approximately S$1- S$2
2) Registered postage will be an extra S$2.24 on the top of the normal postage fee.
3) It is advisable to opt for registered postage as we will not be held responsible for any lost items. We do not bear responsibility for any damages made to the product caused by the delivery.
Terms & Conditions :
1) We do not make reservations as our items are exclusive.
2) Priority will be given to those who can make payment immediately.
3) *Starrydreamy* will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item.
4) Please note that : there will be no refunds entertained and exchanges will be on a strict case by case basis with postage being borne by the buyers.
5) Please clear all doubts before making an order to avoid confusion.
6) Leaving a confirmation comments implies your intention of purchasing the item and payment will have to be made within one day.
7) Prices are non-negotiable.
8) Some of the items are hand-made and its all rights reserved.
9) We reserve the right to revise the product price at any time without informing the customers in advance. However customers who already made orders before the price revison will continue to purchase with previously stated prices.
10) Pls note that ALL images AND context are COPYRIGHTS of *Starrydreamy*. PLS do not copy and use it for your own website without my prior approval.
